1. Strictly implement the general rules of the company and the production department.
- Thực hiện nghiêm túc nội quy chung của công ty và Phòng Sản Xuất_

2. Responsible for sending and receiving documents and filing documents in PD (Production Department)
- Chịu trách nhiệm gửi, nhận tài liệu và lưu trữ tài liệu trong Phòng Sản Xuất_

3. Responsible for attendance management of PD personnel
- Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý chấm công của nhân viên Phòng Sản Xuất_

4. Responsible for the monthly balance and quality statistics of PD
- Chịu trách nhiệm về số dư hàng tháng và thống kê chất lượng của Phòng Sản Xuất_

5. Responsible for knowledge training for new employees in the production department before entering the factory.
- Chịu trách nhiệm đào tạo kiến thức cho nhân viên mới trong Phòng Sản Xuất trước khi vào xưởng_

6. Maintain "6S" in the work area.
- Duy trì "6S" trong khu vực làm việc_

7. Participate in and cooperate with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, OHSAS18001 work and related training

8. Implement jobs on ERP system for production job.

**Knowledge & Experience/**_Trình độ, kiến thức và kinh nghiệm _**
- Hơn 2 năm kinh nghiệm hiện trường_

Foreign language 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) with Chinese and English, priority is English.
- Ngoại ngữ 4 kỹ năng (nghe, nói, đọc, viết) với tiếng Trung và tiếng Anh, ưu tiên Tiếng anh._

Experience in ERP systems is a plus.

Working in the office, the production area

Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings, other activities organized by either PD or the company.
