Xây dựng bộ UX Pattern cho mục tiêu dài hạn của ZaloPay
- Hợp tác với PO và UX Research để xây dựng và giám sát các chỉ số đo lường UX
- Hợp tác với Product Design để cùng hoàn thành được thiết kế cuối cùng cho các bên
- Phân tích dữ liệu, chuyển dữ liệu thành insight và đưa ra quyết định/ giải pháp từ phía UX thông qua các phương pháp nghiên cứu khác nhau: observational, interviews, participatory, usability testing, etc.
- Tạo personas and customer journeys, empathy maps để xác định cách sử dụng và thái độ, nhu cầu, pain points của người dùng để đưa ra giải pháp
- Giải thích và trình bày đề xuất thiết kế cho các phòng ban khác
- Trực tiếp tham gia vào tạo Strategy, wireframe chi tiết cho tính năng của app
- Chịu trách nhiệm tổ chức Product review và heuristic review
- Chủ động thu thập các yêu cầu nghiệp vụ từ các thành viên trong nhóm để chuyển thành tài liệu thiết kế

**Yêu cầu**:

- Có từ 3-4 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực thiết kế UX hoặc Product design
- Có mind set user
- centric design và thành thạo với method: Design thinking
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với mô hình Agile và Sprint
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với Design System
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với mọi giai đoạn của quy trình xây dựng và thiết kế UX solution
- Có kinh nghiệm trong việc giải quyết vấn đề với mức độ phức tạp từ trung bình đến cao
- Có kinh nghiệm phân tích dữ liệu, phân tích các chỉ số UX để đưa ra hành động
- Sử dụng thành thạo công cụ Figma, Figjam để phục vụ trong quá trình công việc.
