**UX-UI DESIGNER**

**Department**:User Innovation

**Report to**:Head of User Innovation

**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create design standards based on Mobile, Web platform and style guides for products, reports, infographics.
- Understand user psychology and create Interactive design, Interface design, intuitive interfaces and interaction layers using best practices, the latest web trends and all available tools to augment the user experience.
- Exercise your expertise in performance, architecture, and object-oriented design to deliver compelling customer experiences.
- Critique in-progress design work, evaluating the priority and effectivity of solutions
- Employ design thinking and questioning techniques to develop strategies and execution plans where pathways are not always obvious.
- Provide and encourage feedback from your team and related team.
- Develop personas and create a profiles particular users based on characteristics.
- Successfully perform a task analysis by studying user testing to understand how someone does a specific task.
- Create prototypes to show and demonstrate interactions.
- Conduct Usability Testing to validate design concepts.
- Regularly participate in design reviews. Study analytics to understand user behavior.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**ui-Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience with human-computer interaction, usability and user interface design, and/or user experience, and/or visual design.
- In-depth knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, some popular design toolkit (Figma, Sketch, XD, Illustrator, etc.).
- Understanding and appreciation of standard user interface design, and/or user experience concepts and processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple design requests in a timely fashion, with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledgeable in creating wireframes, visual mockups graphics, user workflows, and low and high-fidelity prototypes.
- A cutting-edge portfolio of software design that demonstrates outstanding interaction design skills across multiple devices as well as a thorough understanding of graphic design, page layout, and typography.
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of HTML/CSS, responsive web design, with direct experience optimizing design concepts around these technologies.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
- Flexible approach and an ability to operate effectively with uncertainty and change.
- Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to solve problems within a small team and independently.
- Strong user research and analyze user requirements skill is a plus.
- Experience in stock market, banking, financial domain is a plus.
