**What you will do**:
- Propose policy and strategic plan to maintain dignity, trust of product;
- Detect and prevent spam, crawler, phising, scam, illegal/dirty content, automation tools, and stimulation;
- Pro-actively detect phishing, scam trends and reaction quickly to minimize the possible consequences;
- Identify abnormal trends and abuse in cross features via data mining, machine learning;
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of anti-abuse systems and make data-driven recommendations for improvement;
- Partner with legal and law enforcement agencies to investigate and address cybercrime;
- Work closely with Product, and Engineering to deeply understand, identify, and execute abusing fighting projects;
- Lead subteams to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment.
**What you will need**:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer engineering, information security or related field;
- Experience in detecting spam, phishing, automation tools;
- Hands-on experience in log analysis, extracting and interpreting data from the various sources;
- Technical proficiency regarding data models, mining, and segmentation;
- Ability to programming in Python, Unix scripting, AWK, Java;
- Understanding of Operation systems (Windows, Unix, iOS, Android);
- Have passion on anonymity, fraud, spam detection;
- Have good logical thinking, problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure;
- Knowledge of Automation technology (crawler, stimulation,...) will be a plus point.
