Japanese IT Project Manager and Coordinator

Job Description **Software Projects**: This includes delivering DX solutions, HR, WMS, and ERP software modules to Japanese enterprises in Vietnam. Collaborate with various software partners to conduct surveys, prepare solution proposals, implement, and manage project progress.
- **ODA Projects**: Participate in IT/Telecom projects supported by the Japanese government under Official Development Assistance (ODA).
- **Headquarters Projects**: Work with experts from our headquarters in Japan to research, survey, and coordinate the implementation of projects in Vietnam.

Role and Responsibilities- Act as a Project Manager and Coordinator for the aforementioned projects.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and ensure successful project completion.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure action items are tracked and completed.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status and progress.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Manage project resources effectively.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure lessons learned are documented.

Requirement- Effective communication skills in Japanese, English, and Vietnamese.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with international teams and partners.
- Team-oriented, growing with the team and achieving results together.
- Respectful approach to work, prioritizing collaboration over conflict.

**Experience Required**:

- Over 3 years of experience at a system integrator or IT company.
- Experience in proposing and constructing system development projects.
- Experience in proposal-based sales.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in implementing software projects in the manufacturing industry, 3-5 years.
- Knowledge or experience in manufacturing operations or business systems.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure (network/server/middleware, cloud etc.)
- Familiarity with ODA projects and IT project management
