About the Program:
The FWD Summer Internship Program offers students and fresh-graduates from all majors an exciting and differentiated experience with FWD Vietnam. The program will also equip you with necessary knowledge and skills in corporate world that will support your career success in the future.

We are open opportunities in following functions: Agency, Bancassurance, Independent Financial Advisor & Digital Commerce, Finance, Information Technology & Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, Governance (including Legal, Compliance & Risk Management).

Finance Analysis & Reporting

Job Scope:
- Participate in FRS17 reporting process.- Ensure accurate and completed working file and data preparation for daily/month reporting.- Support in data patching and conduct UAT on time and with quality.- Other tasks as assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements:
- Current 3rd - 4th year students or fresh-graduates from Finance/Accounting/Auditing or other related majors.- Available to work full time from June to August.- Passionate for exploring Life Insurance Industry.- Good at interpersonal & communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (advance Excel skill).- Skilled in Power Query, Python, Macro is a big plus.- Knowledge of data and system is an advantage.- Good logical thinking and problem solving skills.- Proactive, willing to learn and grow with can-do attitude.

Corporate Strategy

Job Scope:
- Assist in the development and dissemination of weekly, quarterly, and annual strategic reports, performance reports, and trend analysis for business unit meetings and management reviews.- Assist in conducting research and analysis to support the development of strategic plans and initiatives.- Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze data on market trends, competitor activities, etc.- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for strategic planning meetings and senior management reviews.- Have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to real-world projects that impact the company's long-term success.- Gain hands-on experience in strategic planning methodologies and practices within the life insurance industry.

Job Requirements:
- Current 3rd - 4th year students or fresh-graduates from Finance/Economics/Business Administration or other related majors.- Available to work full time from June to August.- Passionate for exploring Life Insurance Industry.- Good at interpersonal & communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.- Have interest in market research, strategy development and business analysis.- Proficient in Microsoft Office.- Have knowledge and skills in quantitative and qualitative research.- Proactive, willing to learn and grow with can-do attitude.
