About the Program:

- The FWD Summer Internship Program offers students and fresh-graduates from all majors an exciting and differentiated experience with FWD Vietnam. The program will also equip you with necessary knowledge and skills in corporate world that will support your career success in the future.- We welcome you as a full-time contributor and an important part of the team where you will:- Have an opportunity to support in the development of ideas, projects and strategies for the company to pursue the vision of changing the way people feel about insurance.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders on how to improve processes and maximize our efficiency.
- Get an inside view of what we do, why we do, and the people that make FWD a great place to work.- We are open opportunities in following functions: Agency, Bancassurance, Independent Financial Advisor & Digital Commerce, Finance, Information Technology & Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, Governance (including Legal, Compliance & Risk Management).- Recruitment Process:- Application (15/04/2024 - 14/05/2024)

- Customer Experience- Job Scope:
- 1. Voice of Customer (VOC) Management:- Monitoring daily VOC reports and customer feedback on fanpage.
- Follow up with relevant departments to ensure they provide feedback to customers within TAT and that customers’ concerns have been addressed.- 2. Project Coordination:- Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure CX’s project progress and timelines are updated regularly (set up meetings, take meeting minutes).
- Assist Marketing team in department’s event.- 3. Other assigned tasks by the line manager.- Job Requirements:- Current 3rd - 4th year students or fresh-graduates from all majors who are available to work full time from June to August.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 7.0/10 or equivalent.
- Passionate for exploring Life Insurance Industry with a customer-focused mindset.
- Good at interpersonal & communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, digital savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Overview and logical thinking.
- Proactive, willing to learn and grow with can-do attitude.
- Highly committed, well-organized, proactive, and innovative.- DTC & Digital Integration (Digital Marketing)- Job Scope:- Content Marketing/Copywriting: Writing clear and error-free content including social posts/blog articles to raise awareness about digital products and convert to sales.
- Market Research: Research and analyze trendy key words/campaigns in the market to input idea for the plan of digital commerce campaign.- Job Requirements:- Current 3rd - 4th year students or fresh-graduates from all majors with Digital Marketing background.
- Available to work full time from June to August.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 7.0/10 or equivalent.
- Passionate for exploring Life Insurance Industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good at interpersonal & communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Strong writing skill, creative thinking and commercial awareness.
- Proactive, willing to learn and grow with can-do attitude.
