As a Producer at Ogilvy, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end production process of various creative projects. Working closely with the internal team, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality. From concept development to final delivery, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of production.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop project briefs, timelines, and budgets that align with client objectives and expectations.
- Coordinate all aspects of production, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular meetings with internal teams (Account, Creative) to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Oversee the creative development process, offering guidance and support to team members to ensure the delivery of innovative and impactful work.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure competitive pricing and quality services for production needs.
- Monitor project progress and budget expenditures, identifying potential risks or delays and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the production lifecycle.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our production processes and capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience 3-4 years working as a producer or project manager in a creative agency or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of production workflows, techniques, and industry standards across various mediums (e.g., video, digital, print).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, team members, and external partners.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges throughout the production process.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Well versed in communication in Vietnamese and English
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, film production, or media production is a plus
