**Job Descriptions**:

- Lead and manage the IT department to ensure IT systems, infrastructure and services are delivered effectively and fulfill organizational needs.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT department, which include system administration, network operations, helpdesk support and IT security
- Evaluate and recommend IT solutions and improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability and performance
- Developing new network troubleshooting strategies to reduce maintenance costs and downtime
- Manage IT projects, including planning, budgeting, coordination and implementation
- Collaborate with different departments to comprehend the IT needs and provide appropriate technical solutions and support
- Stay updated with technological trends and advancement in the IT industry to foster innovation and preserve competitive advantage
- Provide top management with regular updates and report on IT performance and projects

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience 8 years and above in IT management roles, with a track record of successful managing IT teams and projects.
- Expertise in understanding IT infrastructure, systems administration, networking and principles of IT security
- Possess strong leadership, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrates outstanding problem-solving capabilities and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Certification in ITIL, PMP, or relevant technologies is a plus.
- Willing to travel or relocate to **other countries** or **project location as assigned** if required.
