- Propose and execute the content plan for the marketing activities quarterly.
- Manage the company’s social channels (Facebook, Linedin, Instagram and Website)
- Design and produce the end deliverables, which are online ad formats for our clients
- Take responsibility for producing visual design for other campaign deliverables: videos, banners, rich media, mini game, microsite etc
- Work collaboratively with other designers and developers on defining requirements, wireframes and delivering design assets.
- Present finalized ideas and concepts to account managers, sales or clients
- Translate and format the marketing materials (brochure, catalogue) into Vietnamese & vice versa
- Prepare content for newsletters to send to internal and external parties.
- Update latest news on website and social media channels.
- Organize business meetings and conference calls upon request
- Administrate the showroom and machines for demonstration/ events/ seminar..
- Prepare promotion goods and design the marketing collaterals
- Coordinate sales and products trainings
- Prepare and administrate marketing budget
- Prepare weekly marketing activity report
- Other assignments as requested from National Marketing Communications Manager

** Other requirement:

- Have at least 1-2 years of working experience as Marketing position
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Marketing, Business Studies, Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent
- Basic understanding of using Graphic design software (Ex: Photoshop, Adobe Illustator, Indesign)
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (both in English and Vietnamese)
- Problem solving, minutes taking skills
- Ability to work under pressure with good time management skill to meet deadline
- Analysis, synthesis, results and detail oriented skills
- Good presentation skills in both speaking and writing
- Good communication and negotiation
- Proactive and independent at work, can-do attitude, open mind in learning new knowledge
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Proficiency in computer (word, excel, power point, etc)
- Having good command of Japanese culture.
