A. Xuất hiện trên video clip với vai trò là một nhân vật trong câu chuyện về những người trẻ Yêu thích thời trang - Thích trải nghiệm - Vui vẻ, cầu tiến, ham học hỏi:

- Thoải mái trước ống kính (không cần biết diễn xuất);
- Phong thái tự nhiên, thân thiện, cởi mở;
- Có khả năng tương tác, nắm bắt tâm lý người xem;
**B. Biên - Dựng Video Clip Ngắn Tiktok**:

- Viết kịch bản dựa trên định hướng, quay, dựng clip thành phẩm sinh động - hấp dẫn

**Yêu cầu ứng viên**:

- Ứng viên là người: Yêu thích thời trang, cái đẹp, nghệ thuật; Tính cách cởi mở, vui vẻ, quan tâm những vấn đề của người trẻ;
- Có khả năng quay, dựng video clip ngắn tốt;
- Nắm bắt tâm lý người xem trên nền tảng Tiktok;
- Có kinh nghiệm xây kênh trên Tiktok là một ưu thế (Concept thú vị, có clip viral);
- Yêu thích làm việc với ý tưởng, ngôn ngữ, hình ảnh;
- Kiến thức Marketing Branding cơ bản;
- Độ tuổi: ưu tiên gen Z tuổi);
- Phẩm chất: chăm chỉ, nghiêm túc, cam kết trong công việc;
- Kinh nghiệm từ 1-2 năm trở lên ở vị trí tương đương.

**Quyền lợi**:

- Lương cứng: 12-15 triệu tùy năng lực (Ứng viên có thể deal trong quá trình phỏng vấn), thưởng hiệu quả công việc;
- Các thành viên được tạo điều kiện tham gia các khoá học cập nhật kiến thức, kỹ năng mới.
- Được cung cấp thiết bị làm việc;
- Môi trường làm việc gen Z năng động, trẻ trung, vui vẻ;
- Được hưởng các chế độ theo quy định của pháp luật;
- Thời gian làm việc từ thứ 2 tới thứ 7 hàng tuần (thứ 7 có thể làm việc online).
- Địa điểm làm việc: Huỳnh Thiện Lộc, Hòa Thạnh, Tân Phú, Tp. HCM
