1. Tư vấn giải pháp:
Phân tích nhu cầu kinh doanh của khách hàng và xác định các thách thức liên quan đến dữ liệu.
Giới thiệu các giải pháp dữ liệu phù hợp sử dụng hạ tầng cloud Azure Data Fabric, AWS Data Services hoặc on premise bao gồm: Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Business Intelligence.
Thuyết trình và trình diễn giải pháp cho khách hàng, giải thích các lợi ích và giá trị mà giải pháp mang lại.
Hỗ trợ khách hàng trong quá trình đánh giá và lựa chọn giải pháp phù hợp.
Thực hiện Demo giải pháp với khách hàng.
Chủ động triển khai các chương trình bán hàng với hãng (AWS, Microsoft, IBM...)
Phối hợp với team kỹ thuật POC giải pháp khi cần thiết.
2. Hỗ trợ Bán hàng:
Phát triển và thực hiện các chiến lược, mô hình, qui trình bán hàng hiệu quả để đạt được mục tiêu doanh thu được giao.
Phối hợp với các AM (Account Manager) tìm kiếm và phát triển các cơ hội kinh doanh tiềm năng, xây dựng mối quan hệ hợp tác lâu dài với khách hàng.
Phối hợp với AM, đàm phán và chốt hợp đồng với khách hàng.
Quản lý và theo dõi tiến độ các hoạt động bán hàng, chăm sóc khách hàng.
3. Hỗ trợ khách hàng:
Cung cấp hỗ trợ kỹ thuật và tư vấn cho khách hàng trong quá trình triển khai và sử dụng giải pháp.
Giải đáp thắc mắc và giải quyết các vấn đề kỹ thuật của khách hàng.
Đảm bảo sự hài lòng của khách hàng với giải pháp.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
1. Học vấn:
Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin, Khoa học dữ liệu, Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc các ngành liên quan.
2. Kinh nghiệm:
Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm bán hàng trong lĩnh vực giải pháp dữ liệu hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
Có kinh nghiệm tư vấn và triển khai các giải pháp dữ liệu lakehouse sử dụng Azure Data Fabric hoặc AWS Data Services là một lợi thế.
Có kiến thức chuyên môn về các giải pháp dữ liệu lakehouse, bao gồm Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Analytics, Machine Learning.
Hiểu biết về các nền tảng điện toán đám mây Azure Data Fabric và AWS Data Services.
Có khả năng phân tích dữ liệu và đưa ra các đề xuất giải pháp phù hợp.
3. Kỹ năng:
Có kỹ năng giao tiếp và thuyết trình tốt, khả năng trình bày ý tưởng một cách rõ ràng và súc tích.
Kỹ năng đàm phán và thương lượng thành thạo.
Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm và phối hợp hiệu quả.
Kỹ năng quản lý thời gian và sắp xếp công việc hợp lý.
Khả năng tư duy logic, phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề.
