**Who you are**:
You are a drafter, estimator, or machinist with both experience reading blueprints and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. You know that quality standards and on time delivery are met when production has the most accurate information possible. Your attention to detail keeps everyone - from sales to shipping - on the same page and keeps customers satisfied.

We innovate our way to the top and need your creativity, dedication and random, crazy, 2am can't sleep, outside the box ideas to do that. If you want a boring, complacent job, this is not the place for you. This position reports to the Director of Operations.

**Day-to-Day**
- Create 2D drawings from STEP files of CNC machined parts.
- Create 3D files from 2D drawings.
- Audit drawings for discrepancies prior to production.
- Review and identify manufacturing methods for parts.
- Answer technical questions from manufacturing partners regarding machined parts production or design.
- Work with the sales team as needed to resolve questions and provide feedback to improve order success potential.
- Communicate and problem-solve cross-departmentally regarding vendor capabilities, concerns, and other factors that could influence successful production.
- Work with the sales team to focus searches for new production offerings.
- Review, approve, and complete quality paperwork for customers, including material certificates, First Article Inspection reports, ballooned drawings, and more.
- Always practice excellent internal and external customer service.
- As part of an international team, flexibility is a must.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Drafting Experience (Machined Parts)
- Fusion 360 Experience
- Advanced GD&T Knowledge
- Understanding of QC Process and Methods
- Understanding of Surface Finish Symbology
- Strong Understanding of the Machining Process - ex. Taps, Threads, etc.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- CAD - Solid Modeling
- Strong Computer Skills and General Technical Ability
- Fast Worker
- Independent Problem Solver
- Flexible Hours

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- CAM Programming Experience
- CNC Setup Experience
- Formal QC Experience
- Ability to Travel so SE Asia and USA

**Job Types**: Contract, Full-time
