**Job Summary**:
Continuous Improvement Expert is responsible for support the plant culture by participating in multiple cross-functional initiatives and maintain a consistent presence on the plant floor.

**What you will do**:
As a Continuous Improvement Expert, you will:

- Partner with plant team to develop and execute the continuous improvement strategy in facility
- Direct activities to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, inventory and cost utilization
- Train employees and deploys TPM tools if required.
- Develop and analyse statistical data and production/process performance to recommend and implement improvement in targeted areas
- Oversee and coordinate production methods and modifications for production efficiency and cost control
- Conduct studies to prepare and recommend new and revised operating procedure to maintain control, improve operation and facilitate processing. Compile and analyse significant data relative to the solutions of lean/manufacturing problem and/or cost reduction studies
- Drive culture of change and mentor other in the factory on implementing and sustaining continuous improvement practice
- Conduct production performance gaps analysis and work through with leadership team to prioritize improvement activities and close gaps
- Drive best practice sharing and internal external benchmarking
- Closely working with Process/ Production to drive for result is required
- Any other duties to be assigned from time to time

**We believe you have**:

- At least 5 years in WCM/ Production/ Maintenance/ Quality function as an engineer in factory WCM advanced tools and deep experience IT knowledge and ability to use for loss analysis
- Has experience of participating and leading WCM teams
