- Đàm phán, chốt giá tốt với nhà cung cấp.
- Tổng hợp nhu cầu BP. Kinh Doanh hoặc tự đề xuất hàng nhập Dự phòng (back-up)/ lưu kho kèm số lượng dự án để có mức giá tốt và trình duyệt BOD bằng văn bản
- Phối hợp với bộ phận Marketing: kiểm soát-phân bổ hàng marketing/ catalog/... yêu cầu hãng hỗ trợ theo nhu cầu nội bộ và chính sách đã kí kết.
- Tổ chức và tham gia các cuộc họp nội bộ, training hãng, họp với hãng và các đối tác khác, ghi nhận biên bản cuộc họp
- Phiên dịch/ biên dịch văn bản, tiếp nhận thư/ chứng từ và hỗ trợ các công việc khác từ BOD khi có yêu cầu.
- Tìm kiếm nguồn - ngành hàng (thiết bị vệ sinh) bổ sung cho hoạt động kinh doanh khi có yêu cầu. Tìm hiểu về sản phẩm/ thương hiệu quốc tế mới, liên hệ làm việc và lên kế hoạch hợp tác.

- Nhạy bén, linh hoạt xử lý tình huống.
- Cẩn thận, phân tích dữ liệu tốt.
- Sử dụng thành thạo kỹ năng văn phòng (Word, Excel, Powerpoint..).
