The job holder will be resposible for esurig that the orgaizatio ad its employees adhere to all safety stadards. He/she will create ad implemet orgaizatioal safety guidelies, promote a culture of safety i the workplace ad perform regular site ispectios

- Carry out safety risk assessmets prior to startig a ew project. Lead ad implemet projects i coformace to techical ad local regulatios, EHS, quality, evirometal ad ecoomical stadards, time schedule, costs ad customer requiremets.
- Aalyse ad assess the etire process chai with regards to bechmark figure (eg. Icidets, accidets, ear miss,...), work out ideas for EHS-improvemets,
- Ivestigate ad report o ay EHS icidets or accidets ad develop corrective actios to prevet future occurreces
- Stay up-to-date o EHS regulatios ad idustry best practices ad make recommedatios for cotiuous improvemet.
- Create ad deliver traiig programs o EHS practices ad procedures for all employees, Maage ad maitai EHS documetatio ad records

1 Quality:

- Be aware that product quality is the key characteristic that distiguishes tesa from its competitors ad he will cotribute i his daily routie to maitai ad improve the status quo i compliace with tesa QMS, Permaet professioal solutios to occurred problems should be sought.

1 Audit (ISO14001, IATF16949)
- All maiteace activities as well as safety check to meet IATF16949 ad ISO14001 demads/ stadards.
- Aalyze ad esure plat processes are i accordace with IATF ad ISO stadards.
- Be EMR to esure a evirometal maagemet system is established, implemeted ad maitaied i accordace with this Iteratioal Stadard.
- Report to top maagemet o the performace of the evirometal maagemet system for review, icludig recommedatios for improvemet.

1 Security Maagemet
- Lead ad maage both security guards, evaluate guards’ performace: access cotrol, plat safe-ty check, emergecy respose etc. Ivestigate ay complait about guards ad hadle it properly.
- Esure all Security moitorig equipmet ad systems are properly maitaied.
- Lead i ay ivestigatio if there is ay uwated evet happeed (e.g. Robbery, fightig, pilfer-age or violatio to tesa’s Security rules).
- Work with cocered govermet bodies whe there is a eed (e.g. police departmet, Fire ad Rescue)
- What you will eed**a. Educatioal level & Certificatios**
- Uiversity/ Bachelor degree i EHS-egieerig or relevat fields
- Expertise of itegrated maagemet systems for Safety ad Eviromet

**b. Experiece**
- Experieced EHS professioal with strog techical kowledge
- A miimum of 5 years of experiece i EHS maagemet i a maufacturig eviromet

**c. Specific skills**
- Good commad or writte ad spoke Eglish
- Advaced kowledge ad experiece of o-site EHS maagemet stadards with excellet presetatio skills to perform comprehesive safety traiig
- Kowledge of local law requiremets for evirometal health ad safety.
- Kowledge of eviromet systems, fire protectio system, sustaiability programs.
- Prove capability to orgaize, develop ad lead a team
- Resourcefuless ad ability to work i matrix structure
