- Part of the Technical Team and reports to the Technical Manager and the Civil Works Design Manager
- In charge of reviewing and developing MEP technical/construction design and shop drawings

**Coordination**
- Liase with internal disciplines and working with subcontractors to review and develop the technical/construction design and shop drawings including calculation and material specification.
- Liase with the Employer and Employer's consultant to address their comments and get the submission approved.

**Review of design documents**
- Review the technical/construction design and shop drawing produced by the subcontractors.
- Ensure they are in line with the standards, specifications and other applicable requirements
- Perform calculation and details if required

**Production**

Produce calculations and details, develop materials specification if required

**Follow-up**

Ensure deliverables are submitted and updated on time

Produce document follow-up and register comments log

**Experience requirements**:

- At least 5 years
- Proficient with MEP desing, calculation, details, and materials specification
- Proficient with Vietnamese regulations, standard and international codes (SMACNA, ASHRAE, NFPA )
- Masters MEP software
- Experience with wastewater/water treatment plant

**Education requirements**:

- Background in Electrical (HV, LV, ELV) and Mechanical Engineering (HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing & Drainage, BMS)
- Fluent level in English (written, read, spoken)
- Good knowledge of relevant technical vocabulary
