Xây dựng tầm nhìn, chiến lược và Roadmap cho các sản phẩm với việc hiểu sâu về thị trường, khách hàng và mục tiêu của công ty

Phân tích thị trường, định hướng kinh doanh và dữ liệu hành vi người dùng để xây dựng các yêu cầu, đề xuất cải tiến sản phẩm.

Xác định tầm nhìn, chiến lược, lộ trình và cơ hội phát triển của sản phẩm. - Cung cấp tầm nhìn và định hướng cho Agile Team (UI/UX Designer, BA, QC, Developers).

Đề xuất và bảo trì backlog của sản phẩm

Phối hợp với các thành viên trong team để tạo ra một kế hoạch có các tiêu chí thành công rõ ràng, có thể đo lường được, đồng thời thông báo rõ ràng về tiến độ và kết quả và mọi người trong team đều tuân theo kế hoạch đó.

Luôn cập nhật các xu hướng, phương pháp mới hay nhất trong việc phát triển sản phẩm và chia sẻ kiến thức với đồng nghiệp.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin, Kinh tế, thương mại, hoặc có kinh nghiệm thực tiễn ở các ngành liên quan.

Am hiểu về quy trình phát triển phần mềm,vận hành dự án theo mô hình Agile/ Scrum

Có kinh nghiệm từ 2 năm trở lên tại vị trí tương đương

Có kinh nghiệm làm sản phẩm mảng TMĐT, công nghệ

Có tư duy phân tích số liệu, trải nghiệm người dùng (UI/UX), phản biện

Có kỹ năng làm việc độc lập và đội nhóm tốt

Có tinh thần học hỏi và cầu tiến trong công việc
