Concentrate on why job is required and outputs, not activities]- To ensure when a new material code is created in SAP and how the information is exchanged between SAP and CS to ensure that the production orders are released into the Dyehouse from SAP
- To ensure that a material code can only be mapped to one recipe at a time, but many material codes can be mapped to one recipe. This will allow many different articles to be dyed to the same recipe and also many different selling shades to be mapped to the same dyeing shade
- To ensure all production orders are reviewed according to the best practise and technical training in order to achieve company production targets
- To ensure that all dye machines experience no delays caused from production orders not screened within an appropriate time frame to ensure non stop manufacturing or delays on the dye machines
- To ensure all recipe updates, redyes and corrections are obtained from the CS colour physics system only**Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities **_(Principal accountabilities are specific areas of accountability unique to the position requiring decisions or delivery of results. - Ensure all production orders are pre-screened according to all training documentation directly from the CS system corrections
- To ensure all orders are screened and ready in advance of the machine requirement in order to ensure the preparation process has an appropriate time to develop thread, dyes and chemicals
- To ensure all redyes are developed directly from the system with no manual dyestuff corrections
- Follow all instructions from the Dyeing Supervisor
- To complete a reasonable amount of overtime upon request during the working month
- Back up for Pre-screener in case absenteeism.

**Education, Qualifications and Experience**

- Minimum 6 months experience with the Coats Dyehouse
- Colour Physics - Level 4
- Proficient in use of CS
- Proficient in use of CS OBM software
- Proficient in use of CS LRM
- Team management experience

- Excellent communication skills
- High level of attention to detail

- Highly developed analytical skills
