This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development.) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally._

**Job Description**:
The Test Architect is the technical expert who designs solutions and builds strategy to test a product/system end to end.
- Prepares technical proposals/solution prototypes for the verification and validation activities.
- Responsible for estimations and technical proposal preparation for acquisition
- Creates project-specific V&V strategy, project-specific review concept for all test levels and features.
- Identifies the suitable test methods, test environment, tools, designs & installs test set-up for all the test levels
- Prepares verification and validation Plan.
- Involves in requirements engineering for testability of requirements.
- Responsible for review and acceptance of requirements considering testability and completeness.
- Involves in technical review: test specifications of critical/complex modules, 3rd party test reports.
- Supports for quality/process/Quality Gates Customer audits.
- Defines and implements re-use strategy (i.e. Core Assets).
- Drives lessons learned and best practices and proposing new/state-of-art test methods.
- Drives technical RCAs and identification of defect reduction strategy
- Provides recommendation to decide on the scope of testing for that particular release.

**Qualifications**:
**Mandatory**
- Bachelor / Master degree, major in electronics or mechatronics or computer science
- 5+ years’ experience in embedded software / system testing
- Experience in test management as test manager/lead role
- Experience in Microcontroller / Micro-processor
- Automotive related background or experience
- Self-discipline, self-motivation and strong teamwork spirit
- Good communication skills and English both in oral and written

**Preferable**
- Experience in C / Python programming languages
- Experience in automotive bus communication (CAN, LIN, Flexrey) and Ethernet
- Knowledge on FOTA / Boot Loader / Security
- Knowledge on RTOS / Linux / AUTOSAR
- Knowledge on DevOps, CI-CT
- Knowledge on ISO26262, ASPICE
- ISTQB Foundation or Advanced level
