**_ BGSV - Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited_**_ (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH._
- BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development.) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally._

**Job Description**:

- Our vision is to be THE software engineering partner for brake system in ASEAN. We deliver complete software projects (CSPs) to our Bosch counterparts of CC, BEG and 2WP divisions for the OEMs in nearshore regions Japan, China, ASAEAN. We perform the end-to-end software development activities including all the roles like developers, testers, integrators, project managers and other special functions like functional safety and cyber security for our projects. We also work on the advanced engineering topics like software engineering for E&E architecture. “Join us in this noble cause of saving lives and develop your careers towards these futuristic technologies”._

As an **Tech Lead/ Embedded Software Architect **for Complete Software product, your main responsibilities include:

- Lead the team of 10 to 15 Software developers
- Need to communicate and manage the deliveries for the global project stake holders
- Coordinate/Integrate/Testing/Release complete software
- Requirement clarification and analysis
- Software development, integration and unit testing based on requirements
- Low and high level design for software modules
- Execute software development tasks, document results and report problems
- Debugging
- Tasks effort estimation
- Plan and perform software review
- Solve technical problems/queries
- Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical colleagues in order to prevent technical problems/queries.
- Mentor junior members
- Planning and tracking tasks

**Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years of working experience in Automotive software development
- Strong Embedded software development skills on Automotive Diagnostics and Communication protocols
- 1 - 2 years of People management experience is Preferred
- Major in Computer Engineering/ Electrical-Electronics/ Electronics-Telecommunication/Mechatronics Engineering or related fields
- Good C/C++ programming and scripting language
- Good knowledge of Microcontroller and Embedded System
- Good English skills to work directly with expats
- Experience in Software Development Lifecycle
- Exposure to emulators, simulators, debugging and test equipment
- Exposure to Real Time Operating System (RTOS)
- Self-driven and strong inter-personal skills
- Good teamwork and communication skills
