Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Brand Partnership Development**:
Identify and approach potential international brands that fit our ecommerce platform's niche and customer base.
Develop tailored pitches that demonstrate the value of listing on our platform and our distribution capabilities within Vietnam.
Cultivate strong partnerships by negotiating favorable terms for product listing and distribution agreements.
Work closely with brands to understand their product lines, brand values, and distribution needs.

**Distribution Strategy and Management**:
Implement and manage a distribution strategy for partner brands' products across various sales channels in Vietnam, including online and potentially offline retail.
Assist in tracking sales performance and work with sales team to adjust distribution strategy as needed to maximize sales volume.

**Sales Execution and Expansion**:
Actively seek out and secure new sales opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and participation in industry events.
Analyze market trends to identify potential new categories for expansion within Vietnam.

**Customer and Partner Relations**:
Provide exceptional service and support to partner brands, addressing any inquiries or issues that may arise.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner brands, facilitating communication between them and various internal teams.

**Reporting and Analytics**:
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, distribution metrics, and partner interactions.
Prepare and deliver regular reports to management on sales results, distribution effectiveness, and market insights.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, and/or distribution, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with international partners.
Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and preferably additional language skills relevant to targeted markets.
Knowledge of the Vietnamese market and distribution channels, both online and offline.
