- Develop direction and development strategy for Risk Management (Risk Management) of Techcom Securities (TCBS) and Techcomcapital (TCC) of Investment Banking Division, including credit and risk management market risk, liquidity risk, in order to achieve standards consistent with TCBS's business strategy and Techcombank's regulations, and in line with the legal and business environment in which TCBS is operating. human resources meet in quality and quantity Management makes optimal use of assigned resources to perform the function of risk management.
- Organize, implement, operate, control and develop the risk management system according to current regulations, ensuring the completion of the assigned plan, meeting the requirements and orientation of the Investment Banking segment..
- Actively organize and coordinate with other departments within TCBS and Techcom Capital (TCC) as well as other relevant departments in the Risk Management Division of Techcombank and other organizations in the Techcombank system to implement activities related to risk management.

**Key Accountabilities (1)**:

1. Responsible for formulating TCBS's risk management policy and orienting the business risk management plan of all TCBS and TCC's activities under the Investment Banking Division.
2. Resource management of the functional array:

- Implement human resource planning, search and coordinate reasonable human resources, train and develop the next team, build a development roadmap for employees, ensure adequate resources are maintained and quality to have human resources suitable to the functions and tasks of risk management;
- Develop a mechanism to assign, recognize and evaluate the performance of employees in the functional areas, to ensure the effective and fair operation of the risk management apparatus for all employees, and at the same time to maintain the compliance with the regulations. Labor law in accordance with Techcombank's regulations.

3. Develop the budget according to the annual operation plan, manage the operational budget of risk management according to the approved limit.
4. Develop, decide on orientation and implement the operations within the scope of risk management in accordance with the operational orientation of the Investment Banking Division.

**Key Accountabilities (2)**:
5. Develop policies, regulations, processes and guidelines on risk management operations.
6. The focal point to coordinate with business units, professional units to ensure recognition of credit risks and market risks during the operation of the investment banking sector.
7. Directly/planning to develop methods to measure credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk.
8. Portfolio risk management, setting thresholds and risk limitsin each period

**Key Accountabilities (3)**:
9. Receive and plan, assign, coordinate, supervise and control the implementation of the assigned work plan of the risk management segment according to the operational orientation of the Investment Banking sector. for division members or directly coordinate with units of TCBS, TCC and Techcombank's Risk Management Division to perform the function of re-appraisal of investment projects; develop risk management policies and limits.
10. Establish and maintain close relations with State management agencies: State Bank, Ministry of Finance, State Securities Commission, Stock Exchanges.
11. Ensure risk management activities comply with internal policies, regulations, processes and guidelines.
12. Perform other related tasks at the request of the leader

**Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences**:

Degree/Professional:

- Having a Master's degree or higher majoring in economics, banking and finance, risk management;
- Preferably have international qualifications and professional certificates in financial analysis, investment, risk management.

**Experience**:

- Professional experience: Preferably have worked for more than 14 years in the fields related to banking, risk management, finance, securities;
- Management experience: At least 10 years of experience in management and administration.
