Financial Risk Management Expert

A. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage liquidity risk management policies:
- Advise and contribute to creating policies for managing liquidity and market risks in line with the company's strategy.
- Provide guidance and contribute to drafting regulatory guidelines concerning financial risks applicable to the company.
Establish, implement, and oversee systems, processes, and regulations concerning financial risks:
- Advise on/participate in developing and implementing methods, and models for assessing and measuring liquidity/ market risks.
- Consult on/participate in developing and implementing financial risk management reporting systems and management reports on a daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
- Assist in financial risk management through comprehensive tasks including identification, monitoring, measurement, control, and forecasting to ensure adherence to safety ratios as per regulations; Prompt alert in case of notable fluctuations, approaching threshold breaches, or irregular indicators, while also suggesting effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor financial transaction processes (capital source transactions) to ensure compliance, promptly alerting reports on emerging risks.
- Track financial indicators, capital adequacy ratios, and liquidity ratios in accordance with internal regulations and commitments to investors and third parties.
- Monitor various market risks, including foreign exchange, interest rates, stocks, and commodities, and assess daily profits and losses to maintain risks within acceptable limits.
- Evaluate the company's ability to withstand liquidity risk under stress and propose contingency measures when necessary.
- Engage in projects related to Financial Risk Management.
- Execute general and other related tasks as directed by superiors.
Working Hours: 08:30 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday)
Workplace: N01A Building - 275 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi
B. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Auditing, Risk Management, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Financial Management or Cash Flow and Liquidity Risk in Banking/Financial organizations, ALCO, and Balance sheets.
- FRM certification is a plus.
- Experience in business finance, and banking finance.
- Expertise in Market Risk Management and capital source business. Knowledge of legal documents related to banking operations is advantageous.
- Understanding policies and risk management processes in operational tasks is preferred. Proficiency in analysis tools, and data processing (Excel, SQL, Python, etc.) is preferred.
- Ability to manage work, and withstand high pressure at work.
- Teamwork skills, problem analysis & solving skills.
