**Job summary**:

- A Head of Marketing and Communications position has just arisen in a MNC real estate company in HCMC.
- This role involves safeguarding and enhancing the brand while also strategizing and executing marketing efforts to boost brand recognition, foster engagement, generate leads, and drive revenue growth across all business units.

**Responsibilities**:
Marcom:

- Supervise both internal and external communications to guarantee brand uniformity and image. Additionally, handle any crises that may jeopardize the brand and reputation.
- Cultivate and enhance connections with media and public relations collaborators to secure media exposure and boost brand visibility
- Strategize and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns spanning various channels such as EDM, website, social media, PR, and events to attract and optimize customer leads and data acquisition across all business units.
- Organize and execute successful events, including conferences, sales events, workshops, signing ceremonies, and customer-facing events, optimizing the event budget for seamless execution and high ROI.
- Oversee and enhance the database across all business units and CRM platforms.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, including lead acquisition and ROI, and propose improvements based on data analysis.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, offering guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure the successful execution of marketing programs.
- Develop and oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources.

Place:

- Establish, oversee, and enhance client relationships to ensure the fulfillment of client expectations.
- Define, monitor, and report on team activities, including prospecting, proposals, contracts, ongoing projects, departmental budget, and profitability.
- Develop strategies for branding, positioning, and pricing.
- Formulate and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the department.
- Serve as the main contact for account management.
- Review design work, proofread, and verify completed tasks before presenting them to clients.
- Ensure seamless project management from initiation to completion, meeting all critical deadlines.
- Guarantee the timely and successful delivery of solutions in alignment with customer needs and objectives.

**Experience requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Possesses robust strategic planning and execution capabilities, demonstrating a track record of developing and implementing successful marketing programs.
- Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Has a background in managing budgets and effectively allocating resources.
- Demonstrates creative and innovative thinking, with a strong emphasis on achieving business objectives, performance, and ROI.
- Possesses proficient digital and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Holds extensive knowledge and experience with the latest digital tools and platforms, including AI, SEO, web analytics, Google AdWords, CRM software, Salesforce, social media, as well as expertise in content marketing, PR, and event management.
- Brings experience in B2B marketing, with an added advantage of working with corporate clients.

**Education requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
