The Athletic Coordinator will provide comprehensive operations and coordinating support to the School leadership team in coordinating and monitoring the full spectrum of athletic activities across the school in order to maximise the school quality of education provided.
- Recruiting coaches from the staff
- Maintaining the gym schedules and sports equipment with PE teachers
- Coordinating with the K-12 teachers on what sport clubs they will make available to the students and placing the necessary orders to help facilitate them
- Overseeing club days and activities at BCIS and co-ordinating them with the Maple Leaf and Audri Centres
- Staff Advisor for the House Council
- Organize House days events and activities
- Work with the PE teachers to support coaches
- Report and co-ordinate activities and the events with the Vice-Principal and the facilities teams
- Organize matches for various sports with other schools
- Coordinate with CIS Athletic Coordinator to attend SISAC Meetings and manage the coaching events
- Work with the Athletic Council, Coaches, and Vice-Principal to plan and organize the year end Golden Wolves Athletics Awards Show
- Collaborate with other administrative and teaching when and where appropriate to ensure smooth execution of the school athletic activities.
- Other administrative and operations duties as determined by the Principal.

WORKING HOURS:08 hours/day, 44 hours/week. (Standard office hours Monday to Friday, Saturday’s morning, including schools’ activities and events outside of normal working hours.)

This role will be entitled a highly competitive salary package, transport (school van) support for business travel.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Athletics/ Sport or related field; experience in the education segment would be an advantage.
- At least 1 year experience in a role of athletic coach; working experience in K-12 international school would be an advantage.
- Skilled in operations to successfully perform the planning, directing, reporting and administrative responsibilities; strong organizational, prioritising, and time management.
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal and influencing skills and work effectively with individuals and groups (adults/parents).
- Shared commitment to the safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Result - oriented and strive to achieve high quality outcomes.
- Ability to perform multiple high priority tasks in a fast paced highly demanding environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as promote and participate enthusiastically with various departments across the organisation.
- Ability to remain calm under high pressure.

**Working Conditions**:Work under the supervision of Principal and Vice-Principals, coordinate with other related Departments across CISS and local communities to ensure smooth school-wide operations.
