**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Social Media Buyer, you will be at the heart of our company's digital advertising efforts, directly contributing to our online presence and engagement with patients that would benefit from using the Elfie solution. This role demands a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a hands-on approach to media buying. You'll be tasked with managing and optimizing our social media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring maximum performance and ROI.

Directly manage media buying, ensuring effective and efficient spending across all social media platforms.-
- Oversee the performance of social media agencies on a global basis, ensuring they meet our standards and campaign objectives.-
- Hands-on setup and continuous optimisation of all campaigns to achieve performance goals.-
- Collaborate closely with the strategy team to align paid social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.-
- Utilise Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) to track and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve results.-
- Engage in media operations and performance management, analysing data to make informed decisions on future campaigns.**What you’ll need**:
Proven experience in a social media agency environment, with a strong background in media buying and paid media management.-
- Hands-on experience setting up, managing, and optimising social media campaigns across various platforms.-
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.-
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with both internal teams and external agencies.-
