Type: Internship (Full time -Opportunity)

Role Overview
As a Sales Intern at Aconomy, you will be instrumental in driving our expansion within the Vietnam region. Your primary focus will be on establishing robust relationships with pawn shop owners and pre-owned luxury watch vendors through strategic in-person visits and effective cold calling techniques. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for hands-on experience in sales, with a specific focus on the luxury asset market.

Key Responsibilities
- Outreach and Engagement: Conduct in-person visits and cold calls to identify and engage potential clients within the pawn industry.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners, facilitating partnerships and expanding our network.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage both online and offline meetings with prospective clients to discuss the benefits of partnering with Aconomy.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel within Vietnam to conduct in-person meetings as required to close deals.
- Market Research: Gather insights about local market trends and competitor activities to enhance our sales strategies.
- Feedback Collection: Collect and report feedback from potential and current clients to improve our services and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Language Skills: Fluency in Vietnamese (native speaker preferred) with strong command of English.
- Educational Background: Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field or in any field.
- Sales Aptitude: Strong interest in sales with an enthusiastic and proactive approach to building new relationships.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with a diverse range of clients.
- Understanding of Web3 and RWAs: Knowledge of Web3 projects and real-world asset tokenization is highly advantageous.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in sales, particularly B2B sales, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with the luxury goods market and the dynamics of pawn industry operations.
- Technological savviness and a keen interest in blockchain technology and understanding of Internet.
