**The Opportunity**

Our client is a business solutions provider specializing in intelligent ERP solutions from SAP. Join the team as the SAP BTP Consultant. This position exposes you to numerous teams across the business, allowing you to build credibility and establish your mark in the business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, assess and solve complex SAP technology problems with components of BTP, in particular around SAP Business Application Studio, SAP UI5, SAP Fiori;
- Ability to communicate technical issues, plans, and solutions from both a business perspective and a technical perspective providing pros and cons for recommended solutions centered around BTP;
- Delivery of high-quality and efficient technical solutions that comply with standards and design principles, which meet our customer's needs;
- Liaise closely with our team and customers to design, develop and deliver solutions that provide tangible results;
- Provide support and manage incidents, assess technical changes, log changes to fix issues & enhancements, and implement, review and close changes;
**Qualifications & Experience**

**Must have skills**:

- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP and a proven understanding of the Cloud Application
- Programming Model (CAP);
- Hands-on experience with any of the following languages: Java, Python, node.js or similar;
**Nice to have skills**:

- Proven experience in delivering end-to-end developed solutions
- 3+ years experience in software development
- Expertise in SAPUI5 and FlORI apps extension/configuration
- Core Java Design and Development (cloud preferred)
- JavaScript, XS JavaScript
- Cloud Application Programming and Node.JS
- SAP Web IDE, Business Application Studio
- Knowledge on the Model View Controller framework
- S/4 HANA Data Modelling
- SAP BTP platform admin - Various tasks including configuration, message monitoring etc.
- High proficiency in written and oral English communication skills
- Exceptional troubleshooting techniques.
- Must be self-sufficient, organized and proactive.
- Ability to multitask & prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are met.
