**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Phát triển các ứng dụng liên quan theo yêu cầu của khách hàng nội bộ trên các nền tảng: Mobile App, Web form, Windows form
- Thiết kế và điều phối yêu cầu của hệ thống ứng dụng trong doanh nghiệp:

- Đóng vai trò người truyền tải / người trung gian/ người phát triển các nội dung yêu cầu từ người dùng HIS hoặc các ứng dụng quản trị doanh nghiệp với các thành viên trong nhóm hoặc các thành viên trong dự án.
- Xác định rõ, giải quyết các vấn đề thiết kế và nghiệp vụ trong quá trình thu thập các yêu cầu đối với các bên liên quan, theo một hình thức khuôn mẫu để có thể được sử dụng để phát triển hệ thống.
- Chịu trách nhiệm xem xét và chi tiết hóa kế hoạch test/ tài liệu test cho hệ thống ứng dụng hoặc các công cụ phần mềm quản trị doanh nghiệp.
- Tìm hiểu, xác định các vấn đề liên quan đến hệ thống HIS và khuyến cáo giải pháp nhằm phát triển các ứng dụng thích hợp và kịp thời.
- Chịu trách nhiệm triển khai hỗ trợ các yêu cầu liên quan đến hệ thống HIS hoặc các ứng dụng quản lý doanh ghiệp cũng như đào tạo người dùng cuối.
- Phát triển, cập nhật hệ thống báo cáo, cũng như kết xuất dữ liệu từ hệ thống HIS theo yêu cầu của bệnh viện.
- Phát triển và cập nhật tài liệu hướng dẫn sử dụng, cấu hình hệ thống, vấn đề và giải pháp kỹ thuật cho hệ thống HIS.
- Tư vấn kịp thời cho Trưởng Bộ Phận CNTT đối với các vấn đề, sự cố phát sinh và liên quan đến hệ thống HIS.
- Báo cáo cho Giám đốc CNTT

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Có kinh nghiệm triển khai, quản lý hệ thống HIS cho bệnh viện là một lợi thế.
- Nắm vững quy trình phát triển phần mềm.
- Kiến thức tốt về tài chính kế toán, mua hàng, nhân sựvà nghiệp vụ quản lý bệnh viện là một lợi thế lớn.
- Khả năng vận hành và phát triển cơ sở dữ liệu : Database Clustering, Database Schema, SQL Query, Stored Procedure, Function, Trigger, Index, Automation Script, Data Migration, SQL Profiler
- Nắm vững ít nhất một ngôn ngữ lập trình:.NET (C#, VB), Java.
- Cử nhân/ Cao đẳng Công nghệ thông tin
- Kỹ năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề
- Kỹ năng viết tài liệu, báo cáo
