**Role Purpose**
- Our CIS-P Team provides enterprise CRM solutions to the utilities sector with key customers in Australia, the USA and Japan. With continued success and growth, the team have created new Software Developer opportunities from Associate to Lead Level. Integral to the success of our projects, your contribution each day will help this team go from strength to strength.**Reporting Relationships**

- No direct report**Key Responsibilities**

Your will contribute by:

- Designing, coding, and testing software as part of the Agile team
- Communicating effectively at business and technical levels
- Updating status and technical documents in Jira
- Keeping the build green
- Troubleshooting and escalating issues when necessary
- Potential opportunities to participate in our R&D program where we are using Docker, Kafka, Kubernetes, etc.
- Duties & responsibilities of your role may change from time to time to meet the needs & requirements of the business. _

**Essential Competencies**

You’re someone who is:

- Have strong Java knowledge:

- Java Web & Enterprise (EE) technologies.
- Knowledge of typical patterns, core libraries and frameworks.
- Object-Oriented Analysis, Design, and Implementation skills.
- Have solid SQL Knowledge.
- Have exposure to DevOps aspects including Bash Script and Perl on Linux.
- Have good skills in Enterprise Java, including:

- Spring and Hibernate.
- Java messaging (e.g., ActiveMQ).
- Restful Webservice
- Are experienced and comfortable with: Eclipse as the main IDE.
- Working in an Agile environment (we use JIRA).
- Has actual experience working with Linux (e.g., Working daily on Linux as the main development environment).
- Experience with Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Jira and Selenium
- Good English and Vietnamese communication.
- Quick learner and willing to learn new technology.

**Preferred Skills**

You’re someone who (may) have:

- Have exposure to DevOps aspects including Bash Script and Perl on Linux.
- Exposure to legacy backend (4GL - an enterprise processing language like SQL).
- Ability to work independently under pressure.
- Ability to demonstrate software development skills appropriate to level of role - for example, you have a portfolio of existing code, sites, project, or contributions.
- Strong troubleshooting, tracing, and debugging skills.
- Experience and/or a willingness to code to complicated business requirements, and implementation to technical specifications.
