**Responsibilities**:

- Uses business intelligence data and tools to monitor operational efficiency
- Compiles business intelligence to provide actionable recommendations
- Summarizes reports for review by internal stakeholders
- Improve workflow
- Suggest and recommend changes in existing system and operating processes to improve productivity and stability of the service infrastructure
- Build data systems, pipelines and automation process to reduce manual work
- Prepare for scaling

**Requirements**:

- Python, SQL
- Data mining, Data modeling, Data pipeline
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
- Data engineering, Advanced analytics
