**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Reporting to the Head of IT Systems and Processes the position will be responsible for development of Data Analytics and Business Intelligence platform within the organization;
- Responsible for definition, implementation and deployment of predictive data analytics and machine learning models.
- Be responsible for creation and maintenance of Data Warehouse, data pipelines and ETLs;
- Create and maintain analytical models, tabular models Microsoft SSAS, power cubes for end user access or visualization in standard reports;
- Create appealing end-user visualization and dashboards to support business decision-making and business performance monitoring;
- Gather requirements, deliver of functional and technical design specifications; Identify and resolve issues present in the current reports and dashboards;
- Work closely with functional and business units to understand information needs; Provide technical support for business users;
- Collaborate with other technical and functional teams based in Vietnam and abroad to ensure on-time delivery of assigned tasks and project developments;
- Supervise and /or mentor junior business intelligence developers to support the organization’s growth.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline;
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experienced in Microsoft BI technologies and reporting solutions using Power BI, PowerApps, Microsoft Flow and other cloud-based solutions.
- Capable of understanding business requirements from non-technical users and able to transform these requirements into viable technical solutions.
- Detail-oriented, capable of delivering visually appealing end-user reports and dashboards.
- Understanding of relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL programming, be able to analyze complex SQL Queries, write Stored procedures and Functions.
- Knowledge and/or previous experience working with cloud-based environment such as Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
- Working knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g. C#, Visual Basic, Python, Java, DAX, MDX, etc.)
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPivot, Pivot Tables, formulas and functions;
- Familiar with Microsoft collaborative platforms such as SharePoint Online or Microsoft Teams is a plus;
- Fluent, both written and verbally in English;
- Good communication and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and organized.
