Job Definition

Main Tasks

Creating, analyzing, maintaining and troubleshooting data pipelines
Collecting and storing data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and integrity
Developing methods and tools to improve data quality, efficiency and reliability
Implementing projects with end-to-end responsibility
Communication with customers as well as internal and external stakeholders
Technical Expertise

At least 7++ years of experience as a Data Engineer
Strong experience with Python as a programming language for data pipelines and related tools (e.g. Pandas)
In-depth knowledge of AWS infrastructure and tools for creating serverless data pipelines, mainly for batch processing
Preferably certification (Solutions Architect / Data Analytics) / required if experience is too limited
Experience with IaaS tools, preferably AWS CDK or Serverless Framework
Good communication skills
Preferably experience in the independent automotive aftermarket

Job Qualification

Decision-making capability
Good teamworking and communication skills, willing to share knowledge and enable other team members
Intercultural openness
Business fluent in English, German language is a bonus
