We are thrilled to inform you about an exciting career opportunity at Tràng An Travel. We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team as Inbound Sales Tour Representatives.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for connecting with international clients, understanding their travel needs, and providing them with exceptional tour packages. Your role will involve:

- Managing a client portfolio
- Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget.
- Provide detailed information about our tour packages, destinations, and services.
- Making calculations and sending quotations
- Elaborating tour programs according to clients’ requests and following the Sales Department procedures
- Advising clients and keeping abreast of the market news and the forthcoming products
- Co-operating with the operation and accounting departments to follow up and to ensure the completion of the tour programs created

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, Foreign languages or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in Vietnam destinations
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
