Job Description

We are a fast-growing startup seeking a versatile Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure our software products are innovative and flawlessly functional. This role involves both manual and automated testing, requiring a proactive approach to detect issues and suggest improvements. You’ll be closely collaborating with a small, agile development team to refine our products to perfection.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement test plans and cases that reflect real-world use and rapid product evolution.
- Quickly adapt testing methods and strategies in a dynamic development environment.
- Perform manual testing, emphasizing quick identification and resolution of defects.
- Work directly with developers and product managers to define clear requirements and deliverables.
- Advocate for best practices in software quality and integrate QA processes into the development lifecycle.
- Utilize and adapt automated testing tools and frameworks to improve test efficiency.
- Engage with end-users to understand usage scenarios and incorporate feedback into testing processes.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in a startup environment or with agile development teams is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Fast learner with a passion for software quality and a keen eye for detail.
