**What you will do**:
Overall, your role as an Automation QA for the Next Practice platform is essential for maintaining the platform’s quality, stability, and success. It requires a combination of technical skills, domain knowledge, collaboration, and continuous learning. By addressing the challenges and focusing on the key areas mentioned, you’ll contribute significantly to the ongoing evolution and success of the platform. Your responsibilities will cover:

- Building Automation Software: being responsible for developing automation scripts and frameworks to test the platform thoroughly.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: collaborating with engineering, product, and operations teams to understand the requirements, business flows, and technical aspects of the platform
- Integration with Application Performance Monitoring Tools
- Reporting and Communication: your automation solution should gather and report key results; and be presented to all stakeholders.
- Personal and Professional Growth: You’ll have the opportunity to enhance various skills, including technical skills, solution design, software development, quality assurance, and business analysis. Your success will be measured by improvements in these areas

**What you should have**:

- A bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science or a related field is preferred
- 3-6 years working experience in development and/or testing role.
- Strong experience with web and API testing
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortably and confidently using English in daily work
- Personal traits: self-starter, self-motivated, pro-active, eager to learn
