**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
1. Phát triển mô hình học máy và học sâu (ML/DL)
- Thiết kế và xây dựng mô hình NLP.
- Lựa chọn kiến trúc mô hình phù hợp vớicácbài toán cụ thểtheo yêu cầu.
- Xây dựng pipeline xử lý dữ liệu đầu vào
- Huấn luyện mô hình, đánh giá và tối ưu hóacáchyperparameter, xử lý các vấn đề overfitting.
- Fine-tune các mô hình pre-trained trên dữ liệu nội bộ

2. Phân tích và xử lý dữ liệu
- Tiền xử lý dữ liệu
- Trích xuất đặc trưng
- Đánh giá hiệu năng hệ thống, kiểm tra tính ổn định mô hinh và phân tích lỗi để cải thiện mô hình.

3. Tối ưu hóa và triển khai mô hình
- Tối ưu hóa mô hình như:Giảm kích thước mô hình, tối ưu hóa tốc độ suy luận để phục vụ hệ thống real-time
- Triển khai mô hình thông qua Docker, sử dụng RESTR API.
- Giám sát hiệu năng mô hình sau khi triển khai.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp ĐH chuyên ngành: Khoa học dữ liệu, Khoa học máy tính, CNTT, Toán học ứng dụng, hoặc chuyên ngành khác liên quan.
- Kiến thức về lập trình, cấu trúc dữ liệu và giải thuật, lý thuyết đồ thị.
- Kiến thức về các loại CSDL (RDBMS, Graph Databases, NoSQL Products,...).
- Kiến thức về học máy (Machine Learning), học sâu (Deep Learning).
- Sử dụng thành thạo một trong các thư viện học máy: Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch;
- Kỹ năng lập trình thành thạo Python, SQL.
- Kỹ năng đọc bài báo khoa học và lập trình lại các thuật toán, giải pháp đề xuất trong bài báo khoa học.
- Kỹ năng trực quan hóa dữ liệu.
- Kỹ năng với các nhiệm vụ trong NLP: conversational AI, information extraction, text summarization, text completion, sentiment analysis,...
- Kỹ năng với các nhiệm vụ trong LLM: LangChain, vector embeddings, NLTK, GPT-3, GPT-4, ChatGPT, Claude, Mistral, LLaMA, spaCy, Stanford CoreNLP, word2vec, Alpaca, FastText, BERT, VectorDB, BERT, LLM/Prompt, LangGraph
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các thư viện python: numpy, matplotlib/seaborn, pandas, scikit learn, Jupyter notebook, v.v.
- Có kinh nghiệm trong xây dựng kiến trúc, phát triển, triển khai các giải pháp phân tích dữ liệu là một điểm cộng
