**Mô tả công việc**:
Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm một Kỹ sư AI có kinh nghiệm để tham gia phát triển các công cụ AI tự động hóa quá trình mô hình hóa trong phần mềm Revit. Vai trò này yêu cầu phát triển và triển khai các giải pháp AI để theo dõi và chuyển đổi dữ liệu Point Cloud thành mô hình BIM một cách chính xác và hiệu quả. Đây là một phần quan trọng trong quy trình Scan to BIM của chúng tôi, giúp tối ưu hóa hiệu suất và độ chính xác cho các dự án xây dựng.
- Đây là vị trí tuyển dụng toàn quốc, linh hoạt thời gian làm việc. Ký hợp đồng theo gói dịch vụ với các nhiệm vụ cụ thể

**Trách nhiệm**:

- Phát triển và tích hợp các mô hình AI vào Revit để tự động hóa quá trình mô hình hóa từ dữ liệu Point Cloud.
- Thiết kế và triển khai các thuật toán AI, bao gồm cả học máy và thị giác máy tính (Computer Vision), để phân tích và nhận dạng các yếu tố từ dữ liệu Point Cloud.
- Làm việc với nhóm kỹ sư, kiến trúc sư và các chuyên gia kỹ thuật khác để đảm bảo các giải pháp AI được tích hợp mượt mà vào quy trình làm việc hiện tại.
- Tối ưu hóa các mô hình AI để cải thiện tốc độ và độ chính xác trong quá trình tạo mô hình.

**Your skills and experience**:
**Bắt buộc có**:

- Bằng cử nhân hoặc thạc sĩ trong lĩnh vực Khoa học Máy tính, Trí tuệ Nhân tạo, Kỹ thuật phần mềm, hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong phát triển AI, đặc biệt trong lĩnh vực Machine Learning và Computer Vision.
- Thành thạo ngôn ngữ lập trình như Python và C#, với kinh nghiệm phát triển plugin cho Revit là lợi thế lớn.
- Hiểu biết về Point Cloud data và khả năng tích hợp dữ liệu này vào quy trình BIM (Building Information Modeling).
- Kinh nghiệm với các framework AI như TensorFlow hoặc PyTorch, dùng để phát triển các mô hình học máy và học sâu nhằm tối ưu hóa quy trình tự động hóa.
- Kỹ năng phát triển API (RESTful API) để tích hợp các công cụ AI với Revit hoặc các hệ thống khác.
- Kỹ năng trong Computer Vision: Phân tích và xử lý dữ liệu hình ảnh và không gian 3D từ Point Cloud để hỗ trợ quá trình tự động hóa.
- Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề sáng tạo, khả năng làm việc nhóm và giao tiếp tốt.

**Ưu tiên**:

- Kinh nghiệm trong phát triển add-in cho Revit bằng cách sử dụng Revit API để tự động hóa các tác vụ.
- Kinh nghiệm với tối ưu hóa mô hình AI, chẳng hạn như sử dụng các phương pháp RAG, LoRA để cải thiện hiệu quả của mô hình.
- Hiểu biết về quy trình phát triển phần mềm và quy trình kiểm thử tự động hóa.
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc với tự động hóa quy trình model hóa từ dữ liệu Point Cloud trong các ứng dụng kiến trúc và xây dựng.
