- Analyze complaints and needle requirements, conduct technical sewing investigation, and prepare investigation reports.
- Conduct technical seminar in customer premises, assist buying houses and customers with technical advice.
- Conduct sewing trial at customer sewing lines. Initiate and guide trials against competitors.
- Monitor and report technical activities from competitors.
- Manage and develop key customer accounts.
- Participate in development of new products and solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement short
- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures as required by the Company’s management.
- Insuring that all marketing tools and materials are available to all customers and partners.
- Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against targets and competitors.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Experience in technical sales for a foreign company in Vietnam, preferable in the Sewing/Garment Industry.
- University or College degree in Textile or têxtile related field.
- Fluent English and Chinese language skills are a must.
- Uutgoing personality, strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of ability to communicate clearly and concisely, especially with foreign customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on an independent basis.
- Willing to domestic travel
