**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
- Thực hiện livestream bán hàng, giới thiệu sản phẩm, dịch vụ, chương trình khuyến mãi trên các nền tảng Ecommerce của Công ty, tạo không khi sôi động, hấp dẫn trong các buổi phát sóng trưc tiếp, giải đáp thắc mắc của khách hàng, tương tác với người xem.
- Tạo sự thân thiện và tương tác tích cực với khán giả thông qua các buổi livestream.Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan lên kế hoạch nội dung và kịch bản cho các buổi livestream, chuẩn bị đầy đủ mọi khía cạnh để phát sóng trực tiếp.
- Đánh giá hiệu quả của từng chương trình phát sóng trực tiếp để tối ưu hóa, đồng thời tiếp nhận ý kiến phản hồi từ khán giả và cải thiện chất lượng, nội dung của các buổi livestream.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để lên định hướng nội dung, concept và kịch bản quay video phục vụ cho việc bán hàng.
- Phối hợp các bộ phận chuyên môn lên ý tưởng, sản xuất cho các video phù hợp với xu hướng phát triển các kênh social media, sáng tạo các nội dung video mới theo trend và định hướng của của Tập đoàn & các Công ty thành viên.
- Nghiên cứu, thu thập, phân tích concept của các nội dung xu hướng trên các nền tảng mạng xã hội nhằm áp dụng vào công việc.
- Tốt nghiệp từ Trung cấp trở lên chuyênngành nghề Quản trị Kinh doanh/Marketing/ báo chí/ Ngôn ngữ và Các ngành nghề liên quan
- Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 06 tháng livestream bán hàng trên các nền tảng Ecommerce trong lĩnh vực bán hàng mỹ phẩm, chăm sóc da,
- Ưu tiên các ứng viên có chứng chỉ đào tạo MC, Livestream, bán hàng online.
- Có kỹ năng lên kịch bản bán hàng.
- Tự tin trước ống kính, chuyên nghiệp và tương tác tốt với người xem.
- Tư duy nhanh, có khả năng phản ứng ngay tại chỗ nhạy bén.
- Giọng nói chuẩn, lưu loát, truyền cảm, thu hút.
- Có ngoại hình ưa nhìn, gương mặt sáng.
