This is a remote position.
- Sunbytes is looking for a full-time
**Talent Acquisition Lead** with at least 5 years of experience to strengthen our organization. You will work in an international environment with colleagues from all over the world.

**As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you are expected to**
**drive and also able to hands-on for the global recruiting efforts of our company**. This role will provide strategic direction and tactical implementation of our recruiting program, as well as work with other internal teams to clarify current hiring needs and create future strategies to attract top talent.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Develop comprehensive global recruitment strategies and hiring plan that are tailored to meet targets for headcount and quality of hire.-
**Lead team and and also hands-on** in providing full life-cycle recruitment support from initial sourcing through offer negotiation stages and monitor TA activity to ensure the TA SLAs are adhered to.-
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to leverage data into actionable plans for improvement and growth within the company.-
- Leverage industry expertise and knowledge about current trends in IT outsourcing services field in order to advise on process improvements or any issues that might arise within the Talent Acquisition Team or business at large.-
- Develop & be responsible for recruitment key metrics and KPI.-
- Leading employment branding initiatives.-
- Mentor and train TA Recruiters and Sourcing Specialists.-
