Mô tả công việc Manage the performance of dealers in charge to achieve dealers’ market share target and sales volume target
Understand the market to propose product ratio in Dealer Firm/ Forecast Order & stock management
Forecast & manage retail sales, wholesales & stock level of dealers
Collect information from the market (competitors, economic situation, and trend as well as current affairs) as well as grasp the situation of dealers to report internally and propose the action plan to achieve sales target
Convey the company’s sales and marketing strategies to dealers and guide them to implement them accordingly
Guide, support & evaluate dealer’s operation according to Suzuki 3S standards
Create frequent reviews & reports with sales data
Collect EBR, summarize and make analysis, and report to Suzuki Motor Corporation
Implement sales training for dealers’ sales team
Receive & process requests of dealers. Resolve customer’s feedback related to dealer business
