This role is:

- To take responsibility in analysis of business requirements and the delivery of Information Technology (IT) projects cross the Company.
- To manage company-wide needs for software development and coordinate implementation with related departments inside and outside the IT department

- Thu thập, phân tích và phát triển yêu cầu trong việc phát triển các hệ thống phần mềm cho toàn công ty
- Quản lý nhu cầu toàn công ty cho việc phát triển phần mềm và phối hợp thực hiện với bộ phận liên quan trong và ngoài khối công nghệ thông tin)

Job Responsibilities:
Scope 1: Analyze business needs

- To work closely with assigned department to initiate and implement both business strategic and system roadmap
- (Làm việc chặt chẽ với phòng ban khác trong quá trình xuyên suốt từ phân tích ý tưởng đến triển khai các chiến lược)_
- To have a deeply knowledge in business domain of assigned department
- (Phải có kiến thức sâu về chuyên ngành của phòng ban đang liên kết làm việc)_
- To determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
- (Xác định mục tiêu nhu cầu hoạt động bằng cách nghiên cứu các chức năng; thu thập thông tin; đánh giá các yêu cầu và định dạng chức năng thiết yếu)_
- To design new programs by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams including End-to-End process and Data flow; studying system capabilities; writing specifications including User story, Business Workflow, Data flow, Mockup, Screen flow, API specification.

- To work closely with designer for UI/UX prototypes adapting all business functions

- To improve systems by studying current practices, designing modifications

- To have a good understanding of organization-wide needs and be able to suggest solutions for resolution

- To provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.

- To maintain user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential

- To maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices

- To produce regular reports for Business Analyst Manager and Project Manager giving updates on current projects and for future projects that have been submitted for evaluation, as appropriate.
