**Job Description**:

- Technical writer create digital format instructions, how-to manuals, and “frequently asked questions” pages for software to help technical support staff, consumers, and users.
- Work with software engineers, test engineers, customer support, product manager to manage the flow of information among them during development and testing. Therefore, technical writers must be able to understand and explain complex information to people of diverse occupational backgrounds.
- Manage the consistency of technical content and its use across departments on Confluence and Jira, ie. with Jira input from software developers, technical writer write and update manuals on Confluence for customer support.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years working experience. Bachelor degree, preferably in Engineering, English, or Business or Communication.
- Excellent command in English business communication, especially writing.
- Ability to write, proofread maintain content consistency among technical documents.
- Willing to learn in technical field and deeply research into technical matters of software development.
- Experience working in software/technology company is a plus
- Experience working in Agile teams is a plus
