1. Organise the objectives and structure of the legal documents; draft, proofread to ensure required facts and laws are presented in document's T&C
2. Analyse specific business requirements and assess the potential impact of solution options
3. Understand governance law and processes and how it reflects in the organization's compliance process and guidelines.
4. Providing litigation support services and represent the company effectively in trial or hearing and collaborate with law enforcement personnel and lawyers to deliver materials for use in litigation.
5. Conduct legal research, legal updates and advocacy.

1. Organize structures and logical presentation of information without precedent/ - Proofread and review content of standard legal documents to ensure error-free and legally accurate/ - Produce legal documents with structure and logical presentation to submit to higher authority review and validation/ - Identify and guide others on relevant precedents in legal scenarios and terms where necessary.
2. Elicit business needs and requirements from operational management or other stakeholders using appropriate techniques/ - Gather information from documented sources and review to verify accuracy and understanding of business needs/ - Explore relevant programmes and solutions that can address business needs from the organization's and the market's current offerings/ - Develop, structure and present solution options with business impacts and requirements for consideration/ - Provide detailed instructions and operational support to the business for the execution of selected option.
3. Familiar with policy and regulations (e.g. customer commitments policy, suitability requirements) in own area of work/ - Understand the ethical principles within the organization and financial markets code of conduct/ - Detect compliance gaps and address compliance risk exposure following the organization compliance guidelines and standards/ - Assess impact of laws and regulations to current legal and compliance processes/ - Practice compliance in day-to-day activities within own area of work.
4. Execute investigation plans in partnership with law enforcement agencies and lawyers/ - Provide view on the settlement value for civil litigation proceedings/ - Provide data and information for lawyers and law enforcement agencies to aid in their investigations/ - Undertake straightforward negotiations and influence in favour of a preferred solution
5. Keep abreast of changes of law on insurance business and related regulation and keep the relevant Division updated on the new regulations/ - Conduct legal analysis and provide comments on draft regulations where required/ - Assist senior legal counsel with researching relevant regulation upon request.
