DEK Technologies Vietnam is growing fast, and we are looking for an enthusiastic English Academic Coordinator to join our team

As an English Academic Coordinator at DEK Technologies Vietnam, you will be responsible for coordinating and assisting the English Trainers to deliver qualified English activities company wide.

You will gain excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following**:

- ***_Academic:_**
- Support in many English activities such as class management, giving extra help to students, providing support for teachers during class activities, etc.
- Support in the achievement of departmental goals, learning outcomes and the meeting of targets and benchmarks.
- Hold a key role in the development of a positive work environment - one that is innovative and responsive to student needs.
- Closely monitor the students’ class attendance and learning progress.
- Get in contact with students as needed or as requested by teachers/managers to discuss their learning and behaviour that require special attention.
- Answer queries from students, if relevant to your assigned tasks, in the best interest of both students and the company.
- **_ _**_Administrative tasks:_**
- Support with designing, preparing, and ordering educational aids and materials for all programs like English class, soft skill trainings, workshops, or group coaching.
- Organise progress tests, student-teacher meetings and attend meetings, events as requested.
- Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session/workshop.
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
- **_ _**_Other related tasks assigned by the English trainer._**

**Requirements**:
**Must have**:

- From 6 months to 1-year of experienced in assisting or teaching English and working with adult learners or working as an academic coordinator.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Pedagogy.
- MS Office proficiency

**Nice to have**:

- Good communication skills.
- Attention to details.
- Patient, enthusiastic; able to work independently and in team.
- Experienced in soft skills training.
