Social Commerce & Media Team is a centralized social media team for Mango Digital & YouNet AM. Be part of them, Social Media Executive responsible for media & commerce plans for all social media projects for both companies.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**SOCIAL MANAGEMENT**

**1. Planning & Creation (40%)**
- Work closely with the Planning team on the development of social media strategies (Social Outreach and Influencer), tactics, and content direction, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience preferences across multiple platforms
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, incorporating insights into social engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with Creative to ensure the best deliverable to the clients

**2. Performance (30%)**
- Deliver all types of performance evaluations, tracking, and reports on campaign/ weekly/ monthly basics by channel: Owned channels, Social Out-reach channels, Influencer channels; by type (Content, Creative, Community, Competitor, Campaign, etc.) to evaluate the performance of brands on social media and suggest solutions to improve the campaigns
- Research and analyze social media trends, visitor data in campaign by-campaign to improve the brand’s social media performance and the efficacy of their campaigns

**3. Community & Advocacy Management (30%)**
- Initiate creation, conception, and presentation of community & advocacy strategy
- In charge of community and advocacy management scope

**TEAM MANAGEMENT**
- Support Social Manager to supervise team members (Social Intern) to deliver social plans & execution
- Coach and guide team members to work closely with third parties (vendors, KOLs,...)

**Report to**:Social Manager

**Promotion**: Social Media Supervisor

**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 3 years of experience in planning and directly executing social/ influencer campaigns (client or agency)
- Deep knowledge of social nature, social planning, and social media performance
- Good sense of social content and social trends and Influencer industry as well
- Strong analytical, planning, organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- "Can do" attitude is a must
- High attention to detail, careful and operate with discipline ensuring timely deliverables
- Effectiveness of team collaboration
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
