**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Phát triển khung sườn, mô hình trực quan và nguyên mẫu, cùng các giao diện thân thiện với người dùng cho nền tảng web và di động, đảm bảo phù hợp với mục tiêu kinh doanh.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, annd user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives._
- Phát triển Hệ thống Thiết kế và liên tục thúc đẩy sự phát triển cũng như việc áp dụng Hệ thống Thiết kế, đảm bảo tính nhất quán và hiệu quả thiết kế trên tất cả các nền tảng.
- Develop Design System and continuously champion the growth and adoption of the Design System, ensuring design consistency and efficiency across all platforms._
- Tiến hành nghiên cứu người dùng và kiểm thử khả năng sử dụng để hiểu sâu nhu cầu và những điểm khó khăn của người dùng. Chuyển đổi những hiểu biết đó thành các giải pháp UI/UX sáng tạo và hiệu quả, ưu tiên sự hài lòng của người dùng và mục tiêu kinh doanh.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to deeply understand understand user needs and pain points. Translate those insights into innovative ance effective UIX solitions that prioritize user satisfaction and business goals._
- Hợp tác hiệu quả với bộ phận phát triển sản phẩm số, kỹ sư và các bên liên quan trong suốt quá trình thiết kế. Truyền đạt rõ ràng các quyết định thiết kế và tác động đến các bên liên quan dựa trên nghiên cứu người dùng và những hiểu biết dựa trên dữ liệu.
- Partner effectively with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders throughtout the design process. Clearly communicate dedsign decisions and influence stakeholders based on user research and data-driven insights_
- Luôn nắm bắt các xu hướng UI/UX, các phương pháp tốt nhất và công nghệ tiên tiến để áp dụng những thiết kế đổi mới.
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to implement innovative designs._

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**A. Năng lực Kiến thức, Kinh nghiệm / **_Knowledge capacity, _**_Experience_**

1. Bằng cấp: Đại Học hoặc sau đại học (ưu tiên). Các chuyên ngành Kinh Tế, Ngân hàng, Marketing, Công nghệ/ _BA or Master (preferred). Major: Economic, Banking, Marketing, Technology_

2. Kinh Nghiệm: Tối thiểu 02 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí tương đương tại các công ty TMĐT, Ngân hàng số, Tài Chính Tiêu Dùng, Fintech/ Edutech/ Insutech, v.v. / _At least 02 years of experience at similar position at e-commerce companies, Digital Banking, Consumer Finance, Fintech, Edutech, Insutech, etc._

3. Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Anh: Thông thạo Nghe - Nói - Đọc - Viết/ _English: Fluent in Listenning - Speaking - Reading - Writing_

4. Am hiểu sản phẩm, dịch vụ, chính sách của đơn vị: Am hiểu về sản phẩm, dịch vụ của ngành tài chính tiêu dùng và ngân hàng./ _Deep understanding of products and services of the Consumer Finance and Banking Sector_

**B. Năng lực, kỹ năng chuyên môn / **_Competence, Professional skills_**

1. Làm việc chặt chẽ với các bộ phận khác như Marketing, IT, và Kinh doanh để đảm bảo các chiến lược trải nghiệm khách hàng một cách liền mạch./ _Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, IT, and Sales to ensure customer experience strategies seamlessly implemented._

2. Tham gia vào các dự án liên bộ phận để cải thiện trải nghiệm khách hàng và quy trình kinh doanh. / _Participate in cross-departmental projects to improve customer experience and business processes._
