**Responsibilities**:
Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;
Create full mockups of UX flows, components, and services;
Build intuitive interfaces and interaction layers using best practices and the latest trends to enhance the user experience;
Develop and annotate user flows, journeys, and personas;
Illustrate design ideas with clear storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, and prototypes;
Conduct design brainstorms with product owners to understand product details and user needs;
Lead digital design processes, including websites, digital campaigns, and interactive experiences;
Define and manage the appropriate design approach for differentiated experiences;
Create workflows, low-fidelity, high-fidelity designs, and other artifacts necessary to collaborate and iterate from vision through execution;
Work with the Product Team, including input sessions and UX reviews;
Create original designs, typography, iconography, and art for digital screens centered around modern and industry-trending designs;
Continuously push yourself and the team for improvements in design and processes through open communication and feedback;
Design solutions, features, tests, and delightful moments that will elevate the product;
Build frameworks and models that help others understand key concepts and provide valuable input;
Lead digital projects from strategy to conceptualization, prototyping, and final execution;
Manage the UI/UX team, provide training, and create plans to develop team members.

Able to mentor and grow junior UX designers.

Keep supervisor, creative lead, and teams apprised of project statuses, in a timely manner.

Perform other tasks a necessary.

Developing, maintaining internal UX processes to adapt to evolving user and business needs

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define business requirements and user needs;
Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment of design solutions with business goals;
Analyze and document workflows, user needs, and business processes to create user-centric designs;
Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility, and assist in front-end development when necessary;
Support the product team in defining the technical scope and ensuring the technical aspects of designs are feasible and scalable;
Assist in writing and reviewing technical documentation and user stories to ensure proper implementation of UI/UX components;
Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot design issues, optimize front-end performance, and maintain code quality;
Perform basic coding and UI adjustments using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support product development.

**Requirements**:
Deep understanding and experience with blockchain, rail, SCADA, and e-commerce projects;
At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, including experience working on Japanese and international projects (UK, US, Thailand, India);
Strong knowledge of front-end development and database-driven functionalities to closely collaborate with the development team;
Expertise in user research and usability testing;
Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe XD Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and 3D tools like Maya, Blender;
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under high pressure;
Proven experience in building and managing design systems for large-scale projects;
Experience in building themes and coding UI on Angular, React, Vue.js, MUI, and creating independent multi-theme systems;
An impressive portfolio of previous design projects;
Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders;
Analytical skills with a proven ability to propose creative solutions and manage time efficiently.
